The US military said it conducted an airstrike on Monday in Syria that killed two ISIS operatives and wounded one.
The ISIS operatives were moving a truckload of weapons in Deir Ezzor Province, an area formerly controlled by the Syrian government and Russians, when they were targeted with the airstrike, US Central Command (CENTCOM) said in a statement on social media platform X.

On Dec. 23, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces conducted a precision airstrike in the Dayr az Zawr Province, Syria, killing two ISIS operatives and wounding one.
“This airstrike is part of CENTCOM’s ongoing commitment, along with partners in the region, to disrupt and degrade efforts by terrorists to plan, organize, and conduct attacks against civilians and military personnel from the US, our allies, and our partners throughout the region and beyond,” it said in its statement.
